Collecting, analyzing and disseminating data in a time-sensitive manner to the management
Preparing and presenting reports based on the analysis of this data
Assisting in strategic planning and implementation of new or existing information systems
Maintaining and updating databases to ensure information accuracy
Ensuring the security of the company’s digital documents and sensitive information
Training employees on how to use the new systems and providing troubleshooting assistance
Providing ongoing maintenance and upgrades for systems as required
Staying informed about the latest developments in the management information systems field
Liaising between the IT department and other departments in the company to ensure that the system is meeting the organization’s needs

Key responsibilities:
Data Preparation, Consolidation, Data Comparison, Data Analytical Skills, Profit & Loss Calculations, Power Point Presentation Skills, etc.
Good knowledge in Excel and with other MS Office tools.
Good experience in using Pivot Table and other Tools in excel.
Knowledge and working experience with Google sheets, Google Forms.
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to produce useful information which helps in driving the business.
Advance MS Excel, Tools & Formulas, PPT, Chart, Tally-Prime Knowledge
