Keyword Research and Analysis:
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Analyze competitors' keywords and SEO strategies.
Assist in the development of keyword strategies for content creation.
On-Page Optimization:
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking.
Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with best practices.
Assist in creating SEO-optimized landing pages and blog posts.
Off-Page Optimization:
Support link-building activities such as outreach, guest blogging, and partnerships.
Monitor backlinks to ensure quality and relevance.
Assist in managing online directories and business listings.
Technical SEO:
Help in auditing the website to identify and fix technical issues that may affect rankings.
Support the implementation of site speed improvements and mobile optimization.
Assist in maintaining and updating XML sitemaps and robots.txt files.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
Assist in preparing regular SEO performance reports, analyzing key metrics, and providing actionable insights.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates.
Content Strategy:
Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
Assist in optimizing existing content to improve rankings and user engagement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Research and Learning:
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance SEO knowledge and skills.
Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.

Key responsibilities:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing.
Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends.
