Maintain and reconcile ledgers, accounts, and bank statements.
Prepare and generate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports as required.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Support the finance team in various accounting tasks and projects.

Key responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
