Manage and maintain the MIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and various departments.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Develop and implement processes to enhance data collection, reporting, and analysis.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MIS systems and reports.
Assist in the automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Train and support staff on the use of MIS tools and systems.

Key responsibilities:
Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
Proficiency in database management and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Excel).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of data security and confidentiality principles.
SALARY- 12K TO 15K
