Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements
Accounts Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements for management review.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and monitor performance against them.
Audit Preparation: Prepare documentation and assist with internal and external audits.
