Key responsibilities:
Proven experience as a blouse stitcher or in a similar role in the fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of fashion design principles and illustration techniques.
Proficiency in using sewing machines and other garment construction tools.
Familiarity with different types of fabrics and their applications.
Ability to create detailed and accurate design illustrations.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and trends.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in designing fusion wear or ethnic wear.
Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction techniques.
Basic knowledge of digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
