Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts.
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
Update HR databases with new hire information, terminations, and changes in employee status.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
Payroll and Attendance:
Assist with payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance records.
Ensure accurate recording of employee leave, absences, and overtime.
Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a professional and confidential manner.
Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace culture.
HR Administration:
Coordinate HR-related meetings, events, and training sessions.
Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as required.
General Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for the HR team.
Ensure the HR office operates efficiently and professionally.
