Enter and update data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents and identifying any discrepancies or errors.
Review and correct data to ensure it is complete and accurate.
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems.
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by team members or supervisors.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and data management.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment (e.g., photocopier, scanner).
SALARY- 12K TO 15K
