We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR and Admin Coordinator to join our team at RishtaSite.com. This multifaceted role will involve managing various human resources and administrative functions to support the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Facilitate new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, organizing orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork completion.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts through effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.
HR Documentation and Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by managing documentation related to hiring, termination, and other HR processes.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring timely enrollment, changes, and termination as needed.
Serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers to address inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits.
Payroll Processing:
Assist in processing payroll, verifying timesheets, and ensuring accuracy in employee compensation and deductions.
Collaborate with the finance department to resolve payroll discrepancies and address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities to promote employee engagement and morale.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements by monitoring and enforcing HR-related policies and guidelines.
Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.

Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, with a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems for recordkeeping and data management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in HR practices and procedures
