Develop and implement strategies to onboard new students and ensure a smooth transition into our online learning programs
. • Manage all aspects of student communication, including announcements, updates, and responses to inquiries.
• Proactively address student complaints and concerns, working towards swift resolutions that maintain a positive learning environment.
• Develop and implement initiatives to boost student engagement within the online community.
• Monitor and analyze student feedback to identify areas for improvement and track the overall effectiveness of the learning experience.
• Manage student queries on Facebook and other social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses that align with brand voice.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to leverage these platforms effectively for student engagement and community growth.
• Take 1:1 sessions with Students and guide on Various technological challenges on Facebook Ads, computers etc.

Key responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• *Preferred* Proven track record of building and engaging online communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook and other social media platforms, including best practices for engagement and content creation.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit
