Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Utilize 3D Studio Max and other design software to create realistic textures, lighting, and rendering for final outputs.
Ensure all 3D designs align with company standards and client specifications.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
Revise and update 3D models based on feedback from clients and team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and software advancements in 3D design and animation.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Key responsibilities:
Proven experience as a 3D Max Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and animation skills.
Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
Excellent understanding of design principles, including color theory, composition, and lighting.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Time management skills and the ability to handle tight deadlines.
