Create, implement, and manage social media strategies. Align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Develop engaging content for various social media platforms (text, image, video).
Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Monitor and respond to social media channels for comments and messages in a timely manner.
Track and analyze social media reports and metrics to gauge success and areas for improvement.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions and coordinate with managers to amplify campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and technologies.
Address and manage any social media crises or negative publicity. Develop strategies to mitigate and manage potential social media issues.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Define and track important social media KPIs.
Create and manage all published content (images, video, written).
Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
Track and analyze social media performance and prepare reports.
Assist with developing and managing social media campaigns
