1. Design Development:
Create original and trendsetting designs that align with our brand identity and target market's preferences.
Develop comprehensive design plans, including sketches, mood boards, and fabric swatches, to illustrate design concepts.
2. Trend Forecasting:
Stay ahead of fashion trends through research, market analysis, and attending fashion events, translating insights into actionable design strategies.
3. Material Sourcing:
Identify and source high-quality and sustainable materials that align with brand values and design requirements.
Prototype Development:
Collaborate with pattern makers and seamstresses to develop prototypes, ensuring designs are both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
4. Collaborative Efforts:
Work closely with the production team to oversee the design-to-production process, ensuring designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
Engage with marketing and sales teams to ensure product lines meet consumer demands and market trends.
5. Feedback Integration:
Actively participate in fittings and adjustments, incorporating feedback to refine and perfect designs.
6. Brand Contribution:
Contribute to the overall brand strategy, participating in branding and marketing efforts to ensure a cohesive and appealing brand image.

Social Education & Liberty Foundation (SELF) is a local, non-profit and non-governmental Organization. Establish in 2014, SELF NGO is a national NGO with its headquarters in Delhi. The Fields of Education, Health which is provided to underprivileged Children, Women, Senior Citizen, Disable Person, Adults and Drop-Out Students. Our main objective to provide the Education of these people is to bring the equal opportunity provided to all people Who are very poor with the financially and Physically. We aim to create environment for holistic approach to welfare by re-energizing the potential workforce for enhancing skills, higher productivity and providing gainful employment to professionals.

Min. Education: Diploma holder
Key responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
Deep understanding of garment construction, textile science, and production processes.
Proficiency in fashion design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and technical sketching.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fluid startup environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about sustainable fashion and innovation.
