1) Financial Record Maintenance:
Manage and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
2) Budget Monitoring:
Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
Collaborate with project managers to track financial performance against budget.
3) Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding invoices and payment processing.
Verify and reconcile supplier statements.
4) Financial Analysis:
Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
Provide insights into cost control measures and financial performance.
5) Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation for audits.
6) Collaboration:
Work closely with the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional projects.
