1. A good understanding of Excel for reporting and analysis work is required. Good understanding of Excel, Knowledge of Vlookup, Pivot Table and Tables & Graphs is a must.
2. Assisting with training and onboarding measures.
3. Composing job description for new positions, and helping with meeting and enlistment measures.
4. Looking after, overseeing, and refreshing software systems.
5. Meticulously working on the data collated from various sources of department and preparing comprehensive reports.
6. Ensuring the precision of the reports.
7. Analysing existing tasks, conventions, and processes, and making arrangements for development.
8. Conducting research, going to workshops, and networking with different experts in the business.
9. Should have knowledge of Google Sheets with advanced formulas.
10. Automate and schedule report generation.

6. Analytical skills to provide interpretation of the MIS
