Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions. Assist in reconciling accounts payable and receivable statements.
General Ledger Maintenance: Support in the preparation of journal entries and the maintenance of the general ledger. Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial documents.
Expense Tracking: Assist in tracking and categorizing expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, providing accurate and timely information to management as needed.
Assistance with Audits: Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits.
Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide support to the accounting team as needed, including participating in special projects and initiatives
