Conceptualize and Design:
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, and promotional materials.
Ensure designs align with the brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.
Create Visual Assets:
Produce high-quality visual assets, including logos, banners, illustrations, infographics, and other graphics for both digital and print platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations.
Stay Updated on Design Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Apply best practices in graphic design to ensure a modern and aesthetically pleasing visual representation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually compelling designs.
Collaborate with other designers and team members to brainstorm ideas, share feedback, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Quality Assurance:
Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before finalizing and delivering projects.
File Management:
Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-documented for future reference.

Key responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.
