• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally ERP or Tally Prime
• MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
• Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
• Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner
• Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
• Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.
• Good understanding of accounting principles

Key responsibilities:
- Familiarity with TALLY software is a must.
- Strong knowledge of computer basics and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in working with internet-based tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant certifications would be a plus.
