Develop visually appealing and cohesive designs for LinkedIn posts, website graphics, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Utilize design tools such as Photoshop and Figma to bring concepts to life with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Combine graphic design skills with content creation, including writing compelling copy for various marketing materials.
Implement basic HTML for web graphics and collaborate with the web development team to integrate designs seamlessly.
Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative design approaches into projects.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Adapt designs based on feedback and keep open lines of communication with cross-functional teams
About TestRight Nanosystems Private Limited
TestRight is a startup incubated at IIT Delhi and funded by Qualcomm and BIRAC. We started with the development of a milk analyzer to check adulteration and soon realized how difficult it is to develop any application due to the unavailability of indigenous ecosystem. There was no Indian company that could provide us customized spectroscopy solutions within a feasible budget and support us in the development process. And that's how we started building our own spectrometer. The R&D began in a small apartment of our Founder & CEO, Shubham Rathore. Soon it expanded to an interdisciplinary team of 8 engineers in the incubation facility at IIT Delhi. We were privileged to be mentored by Prof. Joby Joseph, (Physics Department, IIT Delhi), India's top scientist in diffractive optics.

Key responsibilities:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
2. Proficient in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
3. Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects (preferred).
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
