- Develop and execute creative design concepts for knitted and woven apparel, including but not limited to dresses, tops, bottoms, and outerwear.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to create designs that are both fashion-forward and commercially viable.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sourcing, and merchandising, to ensure design feasibility and timely execution of collections.
- Oversee the entire design process, from sketching and creating initial concept boards to overseeing the development of prototypes and final samples.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to design standards and brand aesthetics.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, fabrics, trims, and manufacturing techniques relevant to knits and woven, and apply this knowledge to elevate the quality and innovation of our designs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field; additional certifications or relevant training are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Senior Fashion Designer with a focus on both knits and woven, preferably in a fast-paced fashion environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other relevant design tools.
- Extensive knowledge of textiles, fabrics, garment construction techniques, and manufacturing processes for both knits and woven.
- Excellent understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent hand in excel sheets.
