2. Coordination with Auditors and provide necessary data to auditors
3. TDS Reconciliations and preparation of necessary Journal for the same
4. TDS filing within stipulated time period
5. Monthly Deposit of TDS
6. Preparation of GST Return and necessary workings.
7. Monthly and Quarterly filing of GST Returns
8. Journal Entries
9. Online Vendor updation in bank portal & Vendor Payments
10. Payment Entry and Receipt entry in tally on every day basis
11. Petty cash
12. Supplier Payments Audit & Preparation MIS Report / PPT for VP (Finance)
13. Monthly leave reconciliation in coordination with Admin
14. Annual filing of Form 10BD
15. Sales Entries (Rent, Medicine and Free Donation) in books of accounts.
16. Purchase Entries in books of accounts.
17. Inventory of AHF
18. Payroll
19. Auditing of Entry made in software
20. Ad Hoc Task
21. Bank Reconciliations (All banks Including FCRA)
About Hemophilia Federation (India)
Established in 1983, Hemophilia Federation India is a self-help NGO run by Persons with Hemophilia themselves, with help from medical fraternity. We represent India as National Member Organization at the World Federation of Hemophilia based in Canada. We also work in close collaboration with World Health Organization (WHO) and National Aids Control Organization (NACO).
