1. Graphic Design:
- Create eye-catching visuals, including logos, banners, social media graphics, infographics, and illustrations.
- Understand and interpret design briefs, transforming concepts into aesthetically pleasing visual assets.
- Use graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software to create and edit graphics.
- Ensure consistency in branding guidelines across all design materials.
2. Video Editing:
- Edit and enhance videos by trimming and arranging footage, adding transitions, text overlays, and audio elements.
- Optimize video content for various platforms, considering aspect ratios, file sizes, and encoding formats.
- Apply color correction, visual effects, and motion graphics to enhance the overall video quality.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging video content, such as tutorials, promotional videos, and advertisements.
3. Content Creation and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Provide creative input and suggest design/video ideas that align with the brand and target audience.
- Collaborate with other designers and video editors to ensure a consistent visual style and approach across projects.
4. Multimedia Production:
- Develop animated graphics, motion infographics, and interactive multimedia elements.
- Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends, techniques, and software advancements.
- Continuously refine technical skills to produce high-quality content efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and sound recording, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with motion design and animation software (After Effects, Blender, etc.) is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
