Management (data entry, master data, configuration) of the CRM software in the company, follow up with customers for their queries.
Smart follow-up with customers.
Keep contact information up to date.
Set tasks and reminders for follow-up with contacts.
Maintains database of customers for follow up.
Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.
Preference would be given to someone with prior experience of working with a CRM software like –ZOHO, salesforce etc.
Knowledge of Excel.
