Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices
Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations
Assisting with reviewing expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Compiling weekly and monthly financial statements and reports.
Preparing and analysing balance sheets.
Following all company policies and procedures.
Adheres to finance laws and regulations.
