Management (data entry, master data, configuration) of the CRM software in the company, follow up with customers for their queries.
· Smart follow-up with customers.
· Keep contact information up to date.
· Set tasks and reminders for follow-up with contacts.
· Maintains database of customers for follow up.
· Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.
· Preference would be given to someone with prior experience of working with a CRM software like – ZOHO, salesforce etc.
· Ensure that the MIS meets the business requirements and is aligned with organizational goals.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MIS.
· Excellent knowledge of Excel.
