- Develop seasonal design concepts, sketch, and create initial design concept boards.
- Create clothing designs that meet the needs of a diverse range of customers with sizes ranging from XS-3XL
- Ability to conceptualise e and create original designs that uphold our brand identity and messaging
- Design products that maintain style, fit, and functionality that are appealing to the target demographic
- Ensure that the Tech-packs for every design meet the necessary specifications - accurate measurements, clear design details, precise technical information, size grading, and construction details
- Research and bring to the team insights on fashion trends, fabrics, trims, details, and new techniques
- Participate in design reviews, communicate design specifications to the team, and make necessary updates to the designs

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to develop technical packages with extreme attention to detail
- Knowledge of silhouettes, color, and fabric principles with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills to convey design intent and collaborate with teammates to ensure the success of the design from concept to production
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines and workloads
