1. Accurately enter and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, using Tally software.
2. Prepare and generate financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
3. Perform regular data reconciliation and ensure the integrity of financial information by verifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
4. Assist in inventory management by recording stock movements, updating inventory levels, and generating inventory reports using Tally software.
5. Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing financial statements and assisting in the audit process.
