1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the objectives and requirements for social media posts.
2. Create visually striking and captivating designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
3. Develop creative concepts and designs for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
4. Design and produce graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for use in social media campaigns.
5. Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve the quality of designs.
7. Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and marketers, to create cohesive and impactful social media campaigns.
9. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and strategies.
10. Maintain an organized library of design assets, including fonts, images, and templates.

Key responsibilities:
1. 12th pass
2. good knowledge as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a social media or digital marketing environment.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and impactful design work, specifically for social media platforms.
5. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
6. Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
7. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work produced.
8. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
10. Knowledge of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
Salary: 5000 to 15000 (based on interview performance)
