Develop and execute Facebook and Google advertising campaigns to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
Set up, manage and optimize Facebook and Google ad campaigns, targeting the appropriate audience and ensuring ad spend efficiency.
Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and improve ROI.
Collaborate with other team members to create and implement ad strategies and plans.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in Facebook and Google advertising, and apply new strategies to campaigns where relevant.

Key responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with split testing and ad optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics and data analysis.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Experience with social media marketing and community management.
