- Handle client interactions and queries related to Study Visa applications for Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, USA & Europe.
- Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
- Effectively manage client queries through phone, email and in-person.
- Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of applications sent for admission.
- Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents on time.
- Liaising with clients, other offices and client Requirements.
- Undertaking project work as decided by the Office Management.
- Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
