- Collaborating with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data
- Designing sketches for new products with a design team
- Creating clothing patterns for mass production
- Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design
- Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings, determining prices and managing marketing

Founded at 2004,Industry of Retail Apparel and Fashion,From the house of Lotusse Lifestyles,Varija Bajaj is an artist living out her own experience through her fashion label VARIJA - which means Lotus in Sanskrit. Varija has a lot of joint shows with various lifestyle and fashion brands besides doing her own shows with different themes to her credit. She runs her label from her studio in Noida and via 25 multi-designer outlets across India.

1. 2 years Diploma must from certified Institute.
2. Excellent communications in Hindi as well as English.
3.Knowledge of CAD must.
4.Excellent in Sketching,Dwafting & Stitching.
5.Must have knowledge of fabrics & latest Fashion trends & style.
