- Create invoices and add purchases in Tally Prime
- Make entry of daily receipts & payments from customers and pass them on to the accounts department
- Match manual inventory with tally prime
- Call customer for payments daily, do regular follow-ups on payments and provide a report on the same.
- Handle the dispatching process of orders
- Maintain Receiving file from customers
- Filing of all Invoices
