Job Title: Recovery Executive – Accounts (Calling)

Job Summary
Responsible for following up on outstanding payments from customers, corporate clients, hospitals, and labs to ensure timely recovery. The role involves outbound calling, payment tracking, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth realization of dues.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound collection calls to customers/clients for pending and overdue payments.
Follow up via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure payment recovery within defined timelines.
Maintain daily MIS reports of pending, collected, and escalated cases.
Coordinate with the billing and sales team to resolve disputes or discrepancies in invoices.
Track payment commitments and ensure follow-up until closure.
Update payment status and remarks in system/ERP.
Build strong relations with clients and maintain professionalism in communication.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Good convincing & negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & billing systems
