Preparing monthly collection targets Weekly review with business team on collections Chasing debtors by phone and email and reducing debtor days Ensuring minimal outstanding level as per agreed terms Closely monitor the payments stage of all accounts Handling outstanding queries and timely resolution Daily monitoring of target & actual collection Variance analysis Investigating and resolving queries relating to non payment Preparing weekly/monthly cash flow statements To accurately record daily receipts in Tally/Excel/CRM Issuing timely alarms to Business Line Managers to avoid over dues / Bad Debts Identify potential bad debts & plan to reduce amount of Bad & doubtful debts To liaise with legal counsel for debt recovery Obtaining balance confirmation on all accounts on regular intervals Allocating credit limits for new/existing customers with evaluation of customer credit Worthiness against the organizations credit policy Perform MIS function in terms of various reports related to credit control
