1. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective SMO strategies to increase brand awareness, and audience engagement, and drive traffic to the company's website.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Content Development:
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, considering the target audience and platform-specific best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
3. Audience Engagement:
- Foster and build online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts to maintain a positive brand image.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns, measure KPIs, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve overall performance.
5. Stay Updated on Trends:
- Stay informed about the latest trends, features, and changes on social media platforms.
- Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition and adapt to evolving social media landscapes.

Key responsibilities:
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their tools.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
